Today I'm gathering, assembling all my embroidery essentials, keeping them close for 'Interactive sewing circle' which begins tomorrow.
Registration for this brand new, exciting and scary venture is still open here.
I say scary because I am nervous. Parts of this online learning programme will be hosted 'live' via Zoom. I have a fear of cameras but I'm going to put my big girl pants on and embrace this experience.
I've been practicing. I've had countless test contacts with people from around the world. What could possibly go wrong? (famous last words)
You should know that participation in the Zoom aspect of this class is not compulsory. It's quite possible to be an active member of the group online without the video contact using our private Flickr image and discussion forum.
Demonstration video is available to everyone, to view in isolation away from Zoom.
When using Zoom it's also possible to be present without your image being visible to the group.
If you sign up to class the 'how to' will be explained to you.
So how have you all been? I have been missing in action....more of that after the images....
For the past week I have been here, recharging the batteries.
We had a restful, peaceful week and I highly recommend you take some time to look at the images.
This is a very beautiful part of England which I have neglected for too long.
One of my nanna's was born here and having visited as a child it took me far too much time to go back.
