Titivate, a word I use a lot.

I think titivate sums up what I do better than embroidery or sewing or needlework.
I mentioned recently how I seem to get the most joy from finishing edges with buttons, puffs, beads and other adornments and they certainly fall into the titivate category.
You have been seeing quite a bit of this little book over the past week. It is continuing, more pages are being put together and hand embroidered and there is a little video from Instagram at the end of this post which shows the pages being flipped through. I like to do that before I decide on the final placement of each piece.
Also this week I have been taking part in Zoom meetings! I would never have thought I would enjoy those as much as I have. The meetings were practice runs for my new class (which you can read about at the top of this page).
I've been speaking to the U.S., to Australia and of course the UK....what a revelation. I learnt a lot too (which was the point really)
