In case you are wondering why I am pink obsessed at the moment....samples from class. I am surrounded by pink. These are pieced with embroidered gingham, embroidered Broderie Anglaise and overlays of lace. The work on paper, the paint, the pencil, the collage.....they are the source of the stitch, the inspiration for the sampling. Design, sample, play, create.....no better way to spend a day I don't think.
Today that doesn't apply. I have a wall being destroyed in my kitchen. I am hiding in the dining room pin tucking cloth.
